04 The studio

Small team. Big systems.

Phaonix Studios started in 2015 from a simple observation: most technical projects fail less for lack of talent than from a surplus of middlemen. So we built the opposite — a small team of senior engineers, accountable end to end.

We work with SMEs, scale-ups and public services that have one thing in common: their systems have to hold. No juniors parked on site, no layer of project managers. Whoever answers the phone is the person who knows your code.
