Both, depending on the project. Fixed price suits a clear scope and a firm number. Time and materials suits a brief that moves fast. We recommend the model that costs you least, not the one that earns us most.

Yes, and it is a large part of what we do. We always start with an audit of a few days: state of the code, technical debt, security risks. You get an honest report, including one that concludes a takeover is a bad idea.

Scoping starts at around $5,000, a full application project at around $30,000. Maintenance and support contracts start at $750/month. Below that, we will honestly point you towards an off-the-shelf product rather than something custom. Prices are in Canadian dollars, before GST and QST.

In Canada by default, in data centres located in Quebec or Ontario. If a mandate calls for a provider based outside the province, we first run the privacy impact assessment required by Law 25, and you get the findings before any decision is made.
