Contact form: name, email address, company, telephone number and the content of your message. Client area: name, company, email address, telephone number, along with the projects, tickets and billing documents attached to you. We use no advertising trackers and no third-party cookies.

Your information is used only to answer your requests, deliver our mandates and meet our accounting and legal obligations. It is not sold, rented or passed on for commercial purposes.

Contact messages: three years after the last exchange. Client area information: for the duration of the contract, then three years. Accounting documents: seven years, as required by tax law.

Your information is hosted in Canada. Where a provider is based outside Quebec, we carry out the privacy impact assessment required by Law 25 before any disclosure.

Under the Act respecting the protection of personal information in the private sector (Law 25), you have the right to access your information, have it corrected, withdraw your consent, and request its deletion or portability. Write to [email protected]: we answer within thirty days. You may also file a complaint with the Commission d’accès à l’information du Québec.
